Zac was previously a Director and Attorney with a law firm in Oklahoma City representing individuals, privately-held, and publicly-traded companies in connection with a wide range of litigation, transactional, and franchise-related matters. In addition to his duties as General Counsel, Zac’s experience is being utilized in capital fundraising, real estate development and acquisition, and franchising growth.
