About

Tim brings more than 20 years of culinary experience to his role, with a career in hospitality that began at just 15 years old. Having worked nearly every position in the industry, from front-of-house roles to leading kitchens, he brings a well-rounded understanding of restaurant operations from the ground up. After eight years of military service, Tim used the GI Bill to pursue culinary school before building a career in kitchen leadership, restaurant openings, menu development, and culinary operations. As Culinary Director for Provision Concepts, Tim oversees the culinary direction across the entire portfolio, leading menu development and helping ensure each concept maintains its own distinct identity, quality, and guest experience. His combination of hands-on culinary expertise and strong understanding of restaurant operations and P&Ls allows him to create menus that are both exciting for guests and successful for the business.
